Rahul is the Managing Partner and Founder of Successroute and an Advisor at VANS. Rahul has a rich experience in the investment banking and financial consulting domains spanning over 20 years.
Prior to starting Successroute, Rahul was associated with Deloitte India as a Director in its Financial Advisory practice and had set up the “special situation” practice in India. Rahul has extensive experience in the distress and special situation space. He has earlier worked in the boutique Investment Bank, Rothschild and with the rating agency, Crisil.
Rahul has lead the team that was involved in successful completion of transactions in excess of Rs. 25,000 crores in the distress space. His clients include Bank of Baroda, Bank of Maharashtra Dena Bank, United Bank of India, Lakshmi Vilas Bank, Bajaj Finance, TJSB Sahakari Bank, Kalyan Janata Sahakari Bank, DNSB Bank, NAMCO, Edelweiss ARC, IIBI, GI Group and Aadhar Housing to name a few.
Rahul also has significant experience in the infrastructure sector and has worked with governments, private investors and development agencies on a varied range of transactions. Some of his clients in this space include The World Bank, Tata Power, Government of Nigeria, XL Brockbank UK, Government of Karnataka, Government of Andhra Pradesh among others.
