Business Growth Manager
- Own up revenue numbers for our Meraki and 10X offerings and deliver on those.
- Build customer pipeline, identify opportunities to build value for customers and communicate that value.
- Develop branding and marketing muscle that will communicate the value proposition to the customers.
- Build and sustain Net Promoter scores with key clients.

Research Associate - Branding & PR
- Design our brand proposition in Market and develop a marketing communications plan around it.
- Coordinate all PR activities.
- Develop strong networks in Media and build continuous relationships for seeking placements in print, broadcast and online media.
- Design our Social media communications and build strong content that adds value for corporates and B-School fraternity.
- Custodian of our newsletter that aims to build subject matter expertise and provide research insights to our clients and the fraternity.

Associate - Founders' Office
- Work with founders in preparing the client pitch, providing critical inputs into clearly addressing the client problems and solutions.
- Assist in building internal processes within VANS skilling that will help scale the business faster.
- Work closely with the entire team to support various business processes as the need be.
- Create investor communication, board presentation packs to communicate progress made periodically.
YUGMA Associate
- Be a one-point contact for students and colleges for YUGMA certification programs.
- Program manage the certification journey for students and ensure completion of the same.
- Communicate with students periodically, ensuring the challenges along the process are addressed.
- Draw up analytics along key matrices of these certification programs both for the VANS team and for the students.
- Liaison with course curators ensuring the programs are updated periodically, providing them with insights on assignments and course completion.
